Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? Educational Platform Use showed a significant negative correlation with Performance (r = -.239), while Social, Technical, and Academic uses showed no significant correlation with Performance. → Valentín 2013

Correlational analysis of survey data from 543 undergraduates relating four ICT-use factors to Performance (proportion of failures). The article reports the EPU–Performance correlation as "a correlation coef ficient of moderate intensity and a negative one" (Table 5 shows r = -.239), while other uses were non-significant.

"In view of the aims established, it became necessary to detect the possible relationships between these uses of ICTs and the variables: Performance, Expectations of performance and Expectations of satisfaction (Table 5 ). The results show a correlation coef ficient of moderate intensity and a negative one between EPU and Performance."
