Reading the evidence codes
q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r
the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.
This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.
q2 i0 Facilitating conditions did not significantly predict behavioral intention (β = 0.062, p = 0.050) but did significantly positively predict use behavior (β = 0.077, p = 0.014). → Xin Tian 2026

PLS-SEM structural results (Table 8) from the 842-student Lesotho survey show the asymmetric facilitating-conditions pattern, with f2 = 0.009 for the intention path and f2 = 0.033 for the use-behavior path as printed in the table.
"Although the direct effect of facilitating conditions on behavioral intention (H4a) was not significant (β = 0.062, t = 1.642, p = 0.050), facilitating conditions exerted a significant positive effect on use behavior (H4b: β = 0.077, t = 2.194, p = 0.014)."
Discussion¶
Related Claims¶
- Effort expectancy and facilitating conditions negatively predict behavioral intention, contradicting conventional UTAUT assumptions in studio-based creative education — reports the opposite
- Attitude, facilitating conditions, and social influence correlate most strongly with behavioral intention, while perceived ease of use correlates weakest — related
- Personal innovativeness did not significantly influence behavioral intention to use ChatGPT — related
- Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence positively predict behavioral intention to use ChatGPT among Lesotho higher education students — related
- ARCS motivation did not significantly predict behavioral intention but exerted a strong direct effect on use behavior, dominating its explanation — related
