Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? The experimental group using GeoGebra obtained a significantly higher post test mean score than the control group taught by traditional method. → Shadaan 2013

Quasi-experiment with two intact Year 9 classes (experimental n = 28, control n = 25) in an international school in Selangor; independent samples t-test on post test scores showed the experimental mean of 16.46 exceeded the control mean of 12.24, with a "mean score difference between the groups was 4.22 with a t-value of 3.989" and p < .05.

"Table 3 shows that the control group obtained a mean score of 12.24 while the experimental group obtained a mean score of 16.46. The mean score difference between the groups was 4.22 with a t-value of 3.989."
