Mixed-effects models comparing clusters at four theoretical levels; pairwise contrasts (Table 7) show Cluster 1 accuracy exceeded Cluster 3 and Cluster 4 at all levels (e.g., 0.16*** to 0.25***). Cluster 1 comprised 39% (n = 97) of the sample.

Because of the students ’ high accuracy and short response time, we named this cluster “higher performers.” The accuracy of higher performers did not seem to be affected by theoretical level, since they did equally well in lessons across different levels."
