Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? The ANCOVA location main effect on retention was not significant, so urban and rural subjects retained similarly. → Jacobson Barineka Nbina & Obomanu 2011

Two-way ANCOVA of Chemistry Retention Test performance with pretest as covariate. The location source in Table 4 is marked NS (F = 0.258) and "the null hypothesis case was accepted as stated". Equivalence was not tested beyond the non-significant result.

"Results in Table 4 shows that there was no significant difference in the post-test mean scores of urban and rural subjects in the retention tests in CAT with respect to location. Therefore, the null hypothesis case was accepted as stated."
