Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? Negative math emotions were significantly associated with profile membership, with higher negative emotions linked to lower odds of the Moderately Attained and Resistor profiles versus the Devalued/Ambivalent profile. → Melody Wilson & Jamaal Sharif Matthews 2024

Multinomial logistic regression of covariates on profile membership: the analysis "showed signi ficant associations for t he Moderately Attained profile at both time points and for the Resistor pro file at T2". At T2, students one SD above the mean on negative math emotions were less than half as likely to be in those profiles versus the Devalued/Ambivalent profile. No effect size printed, so impact is null.

"A multinomial logistic regression showed signi ficant associations for t he Moderately Attained profile at both time points and for the Resistor pro file at T2 (also marginal signi ficance at T1, with 0 :05<p<0:10)"
