q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? Post-treatment motivation scores were significantly higher in the Smartboard-taught experimental group than in the traditionally taught control group (p=0.01). → Ahmad 2017

Quasi-experimental non-randomised pretest–posttest study with two intact Pre-Intermediate PYP classes (31 experimental, 30 control) taught for seven weeks; independent samples t-test on a 46-item six-point Likert motivation questionnaire (α = 0.911) showed the experimental group mean "(3.64) is higher than the mean score of the control group (3.40)".

"The mean score of the experimental group (3.64) is higher than the mean score of the control group (3.40). The difference is significant at 0.05 level (p=0.01<0.05)"
