Distribute report review across staff committees to streamline school self-analysis¶
Strategy · All strategies
Evidence · no claims cited
Description¶
The report recommends a way to streamline the review process in a school: ask all interested staff and Local School Council members to study Part I, the Summary Profiles, and assign each sub-section of Part II, such as Parent and Community Partnerships or Quality Instructional Program, to a smaller group or committee. This reduces the burden on everyone and encourages people with more specialized interest and expertise to focus on the parts of the survey most relevant to them.
