Description

The Consortium returned school-level survey results to each school with a sufficient response rate so that school community members could better understand how teachers perceive their school and students, and prepared materials to help schools and councils interpret their profiles. Teachers reported that local results could be useful to PPACs and LSCs for serious reflection, and principals expressed unanimous interest in analyzing their own school data. This strategy uses disaggregated survey feedback as a diagnostic tool for local improvement efforts.
