Deliver Getting Ready educator training and coaching through virtual formats¶

Description¶
The program's implementation model is a two-part virtual professional development strategy: educators first receive "initial training and ongoing coaching to build program capacity." Initial training covers adult-child interactions and relationships, family-school partnerships, and collaborative interactions, delivered "through live virtual training or video modules," followed by ongoing coaching sessions in which educators reflect on and support their approaches. No additional staffing is required; educators need internet access and video conferencing software.
