Description¶
An implementable operating routine for school-family partnership teams: ATP members meet monthly, work together, and share leadership while conducting activities that engage all families in their children's education. The team evaluates the quality of each activity implemented to continually improve outreach to all families, and NNPS helps each team assess the quality and progress of its work on partnerships at the end of each school year. This cycle of monthly action plus evaluation is the day-to-day mechanism through which the NNPS model is sustained.
