Severity scale for prioritizing learner barriers into design actions¶

Description¶
The toolkit provides a three-level severity scale for translating IUX insights into prioritized action. High severity is "a significant barrier that prevents learners from completing essential functions" and "should be resolved immediately"; medium barriers cause confusion or slow learners down; low issues are minor inconveniences addressed as resources allow. The scale "supports consistent evaluation across user research findings and ensures that issues affecting the most underserved learners come first."
