Description¶
SFA assigns a program facilitator who "provides support for program implementation, manages central data collection and review, and serves as a coach for teachers." Professional development combines onsite workshops, email and telephone support, just-in-time online resources, and onsite observation and consultation, with about three days of workshops per teacher to begin and a strong focus on regular peer support structures within the school.
