Reading the evidence codes
q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r
the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.
This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.
q2 i? T-SEM across genes and 13 brain tissues identifies five significant associations involving two unique genes, RHEBL1 and LMBR1L, both located within the GWAS locus. → Shiying Wang 2026

T-SEM analysis using FUSION weights from 13 GTEx v8 brain tissues across 51,223 tissue-specific gene expression estimates. The article reports associations at "a Bonferroni-corrected threshold of p < 9.76 × 10⁻⁷" involving RHEBL1 and LMBR1L, both within the GWAS locus. No effect size is printed.
"T-SEM identified five significant associations (Table 3) at a Bonferroni-corrected threshold of p < 9.76 × 10⁻⁷. These associations involved two unique genes: RHEBL1 and LMBR1L (MIM: 610007). Both genes are within the locus 12q13.12 identified in the GWAS predicated on Cg (Figure 3B), consistent with the GWAS results."

Related Claims¶
- Stratified Genomic SEM finds the common factor enriched only in primate-conserved genomic regions — related
- A multivariate GWAS on the common factor identifies a genome-wide significant locus on chromosome 12q13.12 that no univariate trait GWAS detected — a broader claim this one bears on
- SuSiE fine-mapping of the common-factor locus resolves the signal into a 95% credible set of 22 variants near RHEBL1 — related
