The 5P Reflection Model is an iterative reflective model with five stages: Purpose, Process, Product, Pitfalls and Plan, with emotional factors considered across all stages. It synthesises features from experiential, transformative, reflective-practitioner, affective and self-regulated learning theories and incorporates the technological dimensions of GenAI.
