Description¶
Referral pathways are site-level processes for routing students to behavioral and mental health supports. Hughson High created an online request-for-assistance form on its website usable by students, parents, and personnel, with designated reviewers at each site and referral discussion in Tier 2 team meetings. SCOE also established a referral-pathways learning community in which "Fourteen of the 26 districts participated and expressed an interest in continuing these sessions with SCOE."
