Description

The training sessions lasted between two and two-and-a-half hours, held during working hours, and combined both CATM paradigms: trainees worked individually with picture-based PowerPoint presentations for the reception strategy and in groups of 3-5 with printed pictures and information cards for the selection strategy. Materials were prepared in English and Norwegian and used interchangeably according to participants' needs. After concept attainment, trainees were guided through a discourse relating the concept to their work.
