Description¶
The CSUB Teacher Residency Consortium is a professional learning community that brings together all of the university's residency coordinators monthly to align practices and share solutions across the seven residency programs. As printed, "In addition to supporting alignment across programs, it enabled residency coordinators to share successful practices, exchange ideas, and support each other through challenges." The coordinator leading it also attended California Teacher Residency Lab and National Center for Teacher Residencies meetings, cross-pollinating ideas between the institution and the national residency community.
