Description

A faculty development program of two workshops (total 40 hours of direct contact) held 14 weeks apart, developed by a multidisciplinary team of nursing, basic sciences, and English language educators. It targeted knowledge, skills, and attitude dimensions of critical thinking, using Bloom's taxonomy for writing objectives and generating higher-order questions, plus active strategies such as "group work, games, concept maps, debate, and reflections". Between workshops, participants submitted reflections on applying their learning, and the second workshop critiqued participants' course grids for curriculum alignment.
