Description¶

The intervention's technology support comprised "shipping preloaded tablets to mentees, technology training calls, and on-demand support via a toll-free helpline", plus proactive engagement support calls and login monitoring. A full-time technology support specialist provided most support; the helpline was available Monday to Friday, 9-5 PM, or by appointment, from October 2022 to November 2024. Training had a set curriculum with individualized supplemental assistance, and tablets were returned via prepaid packaging for reuse.
