Mapping an online tutoring environment onto Bandura's four requirements¶

Description¶
The paper enumerates how eSylvan instantiated each of Bandura's four requirements in its design. Attention was encouraged by focusing on the individualized lesson with headsets and digital pencil; retention through one-on-one teacher work and repetitive problem sets; reproduction by showing and explaining work; and motivation via praise and digital tokens. This is the article's own worked example of theory-driven design.
