Description¶

A six-month curriculum in which "trainees completed each self-paced online pre-learning module before attending the corresponding in-person workshop", with a short pre-test confirming engagement and instructor-led time reserved for hands-on deliberate practice. Landmark training used a 15-minute module plus a 2-hour workshop; ultrasound training used a 20-minute module plus a 2.5-hour workshop with three stations, both at a 1:6 instructor-to-trainee ratio with immediate feedback.
