Description

In the Design & Develop phase, advisors "voted to select four solution concepts and self-selected into subgroups based on their interest areas and expertise". Table 1 presents the concepts: Inspire to Aspire (career-connected professional learning for preschool–elementary educators to build student math and science confidence), CIELO (after-school STEM programs co-developed with families facing housing insecurity), ALL TOGETHER Get Connected (a place-based South Bay pilot spanning middle school STEM identity, high school career exploration, and paid college internships), and STEM SD Partner Exchange (an online repository of inclusive STEM pathway partners and resources).
