Description¶
The model embeds "micro-skills training’s video-based, feedback-rich skill training within CPTM’s systematic clinical pathway framework, thereby providing both structure and personalized skill development." Students use pathway forms covering admission criteria through follow-up, record skill demonstrations and their own practice on mobile phones, review recordings at least three times with structured reflection forms, and join weekly 30-minute group video review discussions with teacher feedback. The integration aligns recorded skills with the corresponding pathway step.
