Description

The article constructs a poster-design model from Claude Bremond's logic of narrative possibilities, dividing creation into three dimensions: "narrative statement", "symbolic instantiation", and "technique application". Designers select an authentic news item or story, extract keywords from its language, transform those keywords into feasible symbols to draft a poster, then choose design techniques by their own judgment. The model structured the experimental group's instruction, in which students identified topics and visual images from recent news items or stories.
