Description¶
The intervention comprised two complementary components: an outreach component at external organizations (preschools and an elderly care center) delivering oral health promotion and preventive education, and a clinical component at the university providing examination and treatment matched to each population. "Activities took place over 15 weeks, with two weekly sessions of approximately three hours each, allocating an equivalent amount of time to the outreach and clinical components." The program aimed to foster social responsibility, empathy, and understanding of community health needs.
