Description¶
The study adapts a Peer Education Framework as the implementation guide for Phase 2, in which trained student ambassadors transition from learners to peer educators. The framework "highlights three dimensions of peer-led learning: Empowerment (building advocacy confidence), Engagement (interactive workshops fostering collaboration), and Sustainability (encouraging continuous advocacy in the pharmacy community)". It informed workshop activity design (student-led discussions, scenario-based teaching, collaborative knowledge sharing) and the interpretation of knowledge and advocacy-motivation shifts, and is credited with creating a cascading effect that broadens the reach of disposal education.
