Description

The article applies content and language integrated learning combined with project-based learning, in which students "explore their field of study using English as a medium of communication" and "Language form practice was done integratedly within the subject study." Groups of 4-5 students complete mathematics, physics, biology, or chemistry projects culminating in English oral presentations. The model draws on immersion and ESP arguments that combining language with other subjects benefits learning.
