Description¶
The toolkit's design pattern is a learning cohort of participants organized around a common theme, such as equity, supported by guiding values that facilitators consider when planning activities. Activities are planned with templates and tools, and cohort learning is complemented by project scoping, provider matching, and thought partnership, as implemented in the CBSL pilot with nine K-12 education grantees.
