Description¶

Both the thematic instruction model and the inquiry-based integrated thematic instructional model are implemented through three linked stages. The article states "three stages are required in the implementation of thematic learning, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation", and repeats that the inquiry-based integrated model "also consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation". Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the correlation of components in these stages in relation to character education in primary school.
