Description¶
The article organizes swimming instruction around three mainstream pedagogical models: the traditional instructional pedagogic model (TIPM), teacher-centered with demonstration-imitation and low interaction; the understanding pedagogical model (UPM), problem-oriented with moderate autonomy and group discussion; and the cooperative learning pedagogic model (CLPM), built on "group cooperation-task-driven-mutual evaluation and mutual assistance" with heterogeneous four-person groups, role division, and emotional sharing. The framework holds that "The core differences among the three teaching modes lie in the interactive structure, students' autonomy and the intensity of emotional support", which serves as the study's theoretical basis for comparing psychological benefits.
