Description

An instructional routine in which the instructor selects short YouTube videos of approximately 10-15 minutes on the class topic, emails the URL to students two days before class, opens class with discussion and a PowerPoint outline, shows the video on a data show, then re-shows it "with frequent stops for further discussion". Students sometimes watch in pairs or small groups to complete tasks, and as homework each student finds a video of their own to present at the next meeting.
