Description

The article adopts Gough's (2007) framework to gauge the strength of evidence identified through rapid reviews. As printed: "This includes seven quality parameters - transparency, accuracy, accessibility, specificity, purposivity, utility and propriety - used to rank studies and establish a weighted evidence base for the underlying assumptions behind a theory of change." In the case studies, studies were marked high, medium or low quality by two independent researchers applying these criteria.
