Reading the evidence codes
q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r
the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.
This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.
q3 i3 Diminished personal accomplishment has the strongest positive correlation with CMSE (r=0.415), and emotional exhaustion (r=-0.289) and depersonalization (r=-0.281) correlate negatively, based on 13-14 studies each. → Duan 2024
q3 i2 Teacher commitment (r=0.371) and job satisfaction (r=0.302) correlate moderately and positively with CMSE, while teacher stress correlates negatively (r=-0.134) and constructivist beliefs positively (r=0.159). → Duan 2024
q3 i1 Among the Big Five traits, openness (r=0.220), extraversion (r=0.212), and conscientiousness (r=0.121) correlate positively with CMSE, whereas agreeableness and neuroticism show no relationship. → Duan 2024

Random-effects meta-analysis of teacher-level factors across the 87 included studies (Table 2). The pooled results show "the strongest correlation with CMSE was personal accomplish PA (r=0.415)"; job satisfaction r=0.302, teacher commitment r=0.371, teacher stress r=-0.134, constructivist beliefs r=0.159, and openness r=0.220 were also significant.
"Overall, the strongest correlation with CMSE was personal accomplish PA (r=0.415, CI [0.318, 0.504]). Openness showed the largest correlation among the Big Five personality traits (r =0.220, CI [0.135, 0.303]), followed by extraversion (r =0.212, CI [0.121, 0.298])"
