Description

A low-cost, easy-to-operate videoconferencing installation enabling remote, unobtrusive classroom observation. The setup at the Child Study Center included "two remote-controlled cameras capable of panning, tilting, and zooming" and "one omnidirectional microphone," connected via Internet protocol to a campus multimedia classroom where the live feed is projected onto a large screen. Sessions can be recorded for make-up observations and to build a library of video segments.
