Pedagogical guides for facilitators and students supporting simulation scenario implementation

Description

Two pedagogical guides were developed to support scenario implementation: one for facilitators, teachers, and simulated participants, and another for students. The student guide included scenario objectives, competencies, learning outcomes, logistical instructions, a case summary, a checklist, reading materials, and pre- and post-activity tasks. The facilitator's guide contained additional details on scenario progression, simulated participant characteristics, expected scenario resolution, and predefined support actions called 'lifesavers' to manage unforeseen events.
