Push-in short-burst tutoring with personalized dosage¶

Description¶
The program's instructional pattern places tutors inside the regular classroom rather than pulling students out: tutors "work with individual students in 5-10 minute increment sessions during blocks of reading instruction or other opportune moments." Session length and frequency vary by student need and rate of progress, with students needing more support meeting daily for periods of time. A student-relay handoff minimizes interruptions to classroom instruction.
