Description¶
The SBSM curriculum organizes each of thirty lessons into Warm-up, Workout, and Cool Down sessions, with the Workout at 4-6 stations where student groups rotate through equipment-based physical tasks. Activities are "designed for small spaces" and do not require gyms, fitting inner-city school constraints. Teachers reported the rotating-station format engaged all students simultaneously.
