Description

The SVVR learning system used in the study was developed with EduVenture VR, which, as the article states, "consists of an SVVR composer for teachers and a user interface for students". Teachers filmed local Hong Kong places with a panoramic camera and built SVVR environments in the composer, adding human-computer interactions such as voice prompts, tags, portals, single/multiple-choice questions, and voice memos to guide students' exploration and stimulate thinking. The system immersed students in an authentic field trip experience for writing.
