Three-tier ecological environment integrates BPSO guidelines into core courses with physical, classroom, and practice layers¶

Description¶
The model operationalizes abstract environmental factors into measurable interventions through a three-tier ecological environment. The physical environment provides campus-level evidence-based cultural immersion; the classroom environment integrates six BPSO guidelines into eight core courses through evidence-based situational simulations; and the practice environment creates clinical and community-based application opportunities. This design ensures students encounter evidence-based principles as pervasive cultural norms embedded throughout their educational experience rather than as isolated course content.
Design Implications¶
