Description

Each TPSR lesson followed a general course flow of five sections: "Relational time, awareness talk, physical activity plan, group meeting and reflection time". The awareness talk raises the day's responsibility level, the physical activity plan embeds it in cooperative activities, and the group meeting and reflection time provide a question-and-answer environment about students' experiences to raise awareness of leadership behaviors. In this study the flow was used across 16 lessons over eight weeks with two lessons per week.
