Description

The review defines four types of change in team learning behaviours, distinguished by the shape of the sequence of increases and decreases. Dynamics is "a sequence of increases and/or decreases in frequency, duration, intensity, or quality of team learning behaviours in a chaotic way without any regularity". Patterns are repetitive sequences, development is a sequence of major increases possibly with minor decreases, and minor change is a sequence of minor increases and/or decreases. The taxonomy was built from the theoretical framework and used to categorise the findings of the 15 included studies.
