Description

LI(A)RA was one of LIA's first competition projects, developing intelligent agents for the Multi-Agent Programming Contest (MAPC) as a natural extension of the undergraduate course "Specialized Topics I" (STI). Students organized study groups analyzing previous competition editions, documented their knowledge in a booklet and a self-instructional online course, and achieved "fourth place in the final competition," with the solution documented in a book chapter. The project validated organizational practices later adopted by other LIA initiatives.
