Description

The intervention organized facts practice as exploratory activities rather than sequential drill: students matched product cards with factor-pair cards in tabular arrangements, tested one another with homemade fact flip books, and inspected “interesting nines products relationships on a 10x10 products grid.” Fact families were addressed in non-linear fashion, with sevens and eights explored before fours and sixes, and only two sequential sevens facts worked on at a time to build confidence before fitting the family together as a complete set 1-12.
