Description¶
A European research project that identified Successful Educational Actions, including dialogic leadership and interactive groups, for inclusive school transformation and community participation.
Components¶
- Dialogic leadership: a leadership framework in which community members develop leadership practices through egalitarian dialogue: Dialogic leadership is an educational leadership approach grounded in the dialogic framework, in which teachers, students, family members, volunteers and other stakeholders engage in dialogue to achieve common goals and, through that interaction, develop leadership practices. The review characterizes it as egalitarian and social-justice oriented, contrasting it with hierarchical models such as instructional leadership: "in dialogic leadership, the leadership role can be taken on by any community member (Padr´os & Flecha, 2014)". It was conceptualized from the INCLUD-ED project, from which Successful Educational Actions such as interactive groups were identified. (Shiza Khaqan (2024))
Claims¶
