Description¶
The method of implementing the structural-functional model for teachers' professional development proceeds through three stages. At the propaedeutic stage the authors "defined the targets, objectives, methods of data collection, the evaluation criteria of teachers scientific and methodical work" and provided primary evaluation. At the activity-based stage the model content was introduced and teachers took part in the training program with monitoring. The outcome-correction stage analyzed monitoring data and corrected indicators, program content, organizational forms and monitoring tools.
